Ryan Lubbers
Owner
Ryan graduated from Holland Christian in 2003. He is married to his high school sweet heart Amy, and they have three children.
Ryan is involved in all aspects of the company from marketing and branding to estimating and repairing. He handles a lot of the one off jobs, fleet repair, and motor coach repair and refinishing. Ryan also does all of our vinyl design, cutting, and installations.
Erin Lubbers
Office Manager
Erin graduated from Holland Christian in 2000, and has a marketing Degree from GVSU. Erin is Ryan's sister, and is the reason everything stays running smoothly. Her organization skills and attention to detail are what makes her extraordinary. She is typically the first person you see and talk to when you stop in. She handles all the estimating, scheduling, ordering, accounting, and marketing to name a few.
Will Tabazcka
Shop Manager
Will graduated from Cedar Springs in 2006. He and his wife live in Holland, and have two children.
Will wears many hats at Xtreme. He is our "go to" and invaluable to our team. He handles all of the day to day repairs that flow through the shop each week. He is also the lead painter, manages inventory, estimates repairs, manages the technicians, and also does a lot of technician work at the same time. Will is meticulous about our repair processes and procedures so your vehicle is done right every time.
Tanner Taylor

Jared Zdzinicki
Lead Painter/Body Technician
Jared graduated from Hamilton High School in 2017. He also went to the Careerline Tech Center for their Auto Body program.
Jared is one of our body technicians. He has an amazing eye for detail, and truly cares about what he is working on. He handles lot of the collision repairs, body work, priming, masking, color matching, color sanding, and buffing of each job.
